Gruma’s $200 Million Credit Facility

Shearman & Sterling and Galicia Abogados advised on the transaction

Gruma S.A.B. de C.V. secured a $200 million loan from The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank) y Bank Of America México.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debts.

Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V. is engaged primarily in the production, marketing, distribution, and sale of tortillas, corn flour, and wheat flour. The Company has operations in the United States, Mexico, Central America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
