Gruma’s $120 Million Syndicated Loan

Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V., the world’s largest tortilla and corn flour producer secured a $400 million syndicated loan.

The Bank of Nova Scotia and Banco Nacional de México S.A. has granted the credit facility.

Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V., through its subsidiaries, produces and sells corn flour, tortillas, and other related products. The company, led by Juan Antonio González Moreno, Raúl Cavazos Morales, Jose Antonio Jaikel Aguilar, Rodolfo Maldonado Pérez and Javier Vélez Bautista , is based in Mexico.
