GRIN’s $110 Million Series B Financing

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian advised Imaginary Ventures on the deal while Fenwick & West represented GRIN.

Imaginary Ventures acted as an investor in the $110 million Series B financing of GRIN, a leading creator management platform. The new capital will allow GRIN to continue growing its executive leadership team, expand into international markets and continue working toward its vision of building the infrastructure for the creator economy.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Melissa Marks (Picture) and included Jack Paterson and David Styles.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Samuel Angus and included associates Christine Chen, Yashreeka Huq, Harrison Dilday and Duey Ho.
