Graneles de Chile S.A. and its subsidiaries Agrogestión Vitra S.A. and Inversiones Graneles finalized the $295 Million Restructuring Process with Banco de Chile, Banco Santander-Chile, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Chile, Banco BICE, Banco Security, Itaú Corpbanca, Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, Scotiabank Chile, Banco Consorcio and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.

Graneles De Chile S.A. is a Rancagua based company, engaged in the the production, wholetrade and the retail of food.

Agrogestión Vitra Ltda. distributes grains and agricultural supplies such as granular fertilizers, fertilizers soluble powders, liquid fertilizers, agricultural amendments, sulfur, and agricultural specialties.

Guerrero Olivos advised Graneles de Chile S.A., Agrogestión Vitra S.A. and Inversiones Graneles with Juan Enrique Allard and Miguel Coddou.
