GoPro’s $143.75 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering


Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers in the offering.

GoPro, Inc. completed the offering of $143.75 million aggregate principal amount of 1.250% convertible senior notes due 2025, including $18.75 million principal amount of convertible notes pursuant to the exercise of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase additional convertible notes. In addition, Davis Polk advised counterparties to capped call transactions in connection with the convertible notes offering. GoPro’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “GPRO.”
