Goodyear’s €800 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented J.P. Morgan Europe Limited, as administrative agent, in connection with the arrangement of a €800 million revolving credit facility made available to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is an American multinational tire manufacturing company founded in 1898 by Frank Seiberling and based in Akron, Ohio. Goodyear manufactures tires for automobiles, commercial trucks, light trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, race cars, airplanes, farm equipment and heavy earth-mover machinery.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen M. Kessing (Picture) and associates Timothy N. Nguyen and P. Purun Cheong on banking matters, and associate Cecily Xi on tax matters.
