Vinson & Elkins advised Goldman Sachs Renewable Power Fund on the deal

Goldman Sachs Renewable Power Fund executed its acquisition of a 142 MW portfolio of solar power generation assets from a subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation.

This transaction is one of a number of significant acquisitions and financings where V&E has worked with Goldman Sachs Renewable Power.
