Goldman Sachs’ CHF 450 Million Bonds Offering

Homburger acted as counsel to Credit Suisse AG.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. issued CHF 450 m Bonds.

Credit Suisse AG acted as lead manager, together with Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Goldman Sachs International. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
