Goldfinch Partners’ Acquisition Of Vesta


Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised private equity sponsor Goldfinch Partners on its acquisition of Vesta.

The transaction, which is valued at approximately $125 million, signed on May 8, 2020, and closed on May 18, 2020.

Vesta is a fintech pioneer in fully guaranteed payment and fraud protection technologies.
