goeasy’s $325 million High?Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Wells Fargo Securities and BMO Capital Markets, in connection with the $325 million 144A/Reg. S high?yield senior notes offering of goeasy Ltd.

goeasy Ltd. provides goods and alternative financial services that enhance the lives of everyday Canadians. The company, led by David Ingram, Steven Goertz, Jason Mullins, Andrea Fiederer and Jason Appel, operates through two segments, easyfinancial and easyhome.

The transaction closed on November 1, 2017.
