GM Renewables Holdings SpA – an investment veicle of AME and EDF Renovables – executed the acquisition of Ceme 1 SpA form Nogaleda Energía Limitada y Enerstar América SpA for an undisclosed ammount.

Enerstar America, SpA is the Chilean branch of the Spanish Group Enerstar, established in Santiago in 2013, which specializes in the development of projects of renewable energy in Central and South America.
