Glisco Partners and Discovery Capital Management, through a GD Structure, S.C.’s financial trust, executed a $72 Million Offering of notes CERPI (Certificado de Proyectos de Inversión) on Mexico’s stock exchange. The Trust is seeking to raise up to US$800m to invest directly or indirectly in one or more Glisco Funds, which include medium-sized and innovative companies, as well as in Discovery Funds which consider mature companies with plans to make Initial Public Offerings in international markets within the next five years.
Barclays Capital Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. acted as arranger and placing agent on the offering.
