Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Glendon Capital Management LP in connection with the formation of its latest credit opportunities and special situations fund, Glendon Opportunities Fund II, L.P.
The fund successfully closed with final commitments reaching the hard cap of $2.5 billion.
