GFG Alliance on A$650 million funding deal

Johnson Winter & Slattery (JWS) advised GFG Alliance on the addition of A$650 million in credit lines for working capital management and planned growth opportunities.

GFG Alliance has formed a new association with U.S. financier White Oak Global Advisors, LLC (“White Oak”) and has expanded its existing relationship with Greensill Capital UK Limited (“Greensill”).

The financing arrangements, which are expected to close later this month, are: a Secured Term Syndicated Borrowing Base Facility Agreement with White Oak; and a Secured Revolving Credit Facility and Supply Chain Financing facility with Greensill.

GFG Alliance Ltd. operates in the industrial, metal production, energy, natural resources, and financial services sectors. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in London, United Kingdom.
