GEODIS’ Shares Acquisition In Pekaes

Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Innova Capital on the deal, while Dentons advised Geodis.

Leading Central European private equity advisor, Innova Capital, has announced the sale of all its shares in PEKAES, a logistics operator, to the French company GEODIS.

Between 2015 and 2016 Greenberg Traurig also advised Innova Capital on the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in PEKAES S.A., followed by the purchase of shares from minority shareholders and the subsequent delisting of the company’s shares from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
