Genpact’s $350 Million Senior Notes Offering

Genpact Luxembourg S.à r.l. and Genpact USA, Inc. executed their offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.750% Senior Notes due 2026 (the Notes). The Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Genpact Limited (Genpact), the parent company of Genpact Luxembourg S.à r.l and Genpact USA, Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC acted as underwriters for the offering.

Genpact is a global leader in digitally-powered business process management and services. The transaction closed on March 26, 2021.
