Genneia S.A. secured the approval from the Antitrust Authority in Argentina for the acquisition of Isolux Corsán Energías Renovables S.A.

Genneia S.A. provides energy solutions in Argentina. It generates electricity primarily through wind and thermal energy sources. The company operates seven conventional thermal plants in Buenos Aires and Entre Rios; and a wind farm in Chubut. It also transports and distributes natural gas.

Isolux Corsán Energías Renovables S.A. (Icersa), operates as a subsidiary of Sideli S.A.
