High Road Capital Partners is a private equity firm focused on smaller middle market transactions. High Road was formed in 2007 and has raised over $470 million of committed capital since inception.

General Tools & Instruments is a designer, developer, and distributor of precision specialty hand tools and handheld test instruments.

PacTool International is a designer and manufacturer of siding tools and gauges, specialty hand tools, cutting tools, and blades.
