General Motors Financial Company, Inc. executed its $500 million offering of 500,000 shares of its fixed-rate reset cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series C.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as Underwriters for the offering.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
