General Electric’s €8 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the bookrunners in connection with the public offering of €1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.375% notes due 2022, €2 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.875% notes due 2025, €2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.500% notes due 2029 and €2 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.125% notes due 2037 by General Electric Company.
