General Atlantic’s DKK 660 Million Investment in Dixa

Accura, acting alongside the global lawfirm Weil Gotshal & Manges, has advised General Atlantic on the deal.

General Atlantic has invested DKK 660 million in the Danish software company Dixa.

Founded in 2015, Dixa is a very successful one-stop-shop customer service software-as-a-service platform.

Dixa has already raised capital for its global expansion in two former capital procurement rounds, but this substantial investment from General Atlantic enables the company to further enhance its roll-out.
