GCR, Inc., a portfolio company of Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. has announced the acquisition of MB3 Technologies, Inc. (“MB3”) on July 16, 2018. MB3, headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, is a software development company focused on emergency grants management. This acquisition further strengthens GCR’s software solutions for public safety and disaster recovery.
