Gas Industrial Monterrey S.A. de C.V. and Pemex Transformación Industrial S.A. de C.V. finalized a $140 Million Gas Supply Agreement.
Pemex Transformación Industrial S.A. de C.V., one of Pemex’s two productive subsidiaries, consists of former companies Pemex Gas y Petroquímica Básica, Pemex Refinación and Pemex Petroquímica. The company focuses on the processing, transportation, import, export and sale of oil, natural gas, liquid hydrocarbons (including LPG), and basic petrochemical products such as ethane, natural gasoline and sulfur. The firm operates 10 gas processing complexes, more than 2,670km of gas pipelines, 15 compression stations, five pumping stations, 22 liquefied gas distribution terminals, and eight international interconnections with the US.
Gas Industrial de Monterrey SA was founded in 1944. The company’s line of business includes the wholesale distribution of petroleum and petroleum products.
