Gartner’s $600 Million Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers in the offering.

Gartner, Inc. executed its private offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2029. The offering closed on June 18, 2021. Since its debut high yield offering in 2017, the Firm has represented the initial purchasers in connection with approximately $3 billion of high yield debt financings by Gartner.

Gartner intends to use the net proceeds from the offering (i) to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under our existing term loan facility, (ii) to pay related fees and expenses and (iii) the remainder for general corporate purposes.
