Futurae Technologies AG, an authentication and transaction confirmation platform founded by Sandra Tobler (CEO), Dr. Claudio Marforio (COO), and Dr. Nikolaos Karapanos (CTO), an ETH spin-off, has received a CHF 5 million investment from a number of investors, including the new investor Euroclear and the existing investors AXA Venture Partners, Zürcher Kantonalbank and EquityPitcher Ventures. The newly raised funds will serve to support the company’s next growth plans and accelerate international expansion.
Futurae Technologies, founded by ETH Zurich security researchers and industry leaders, offers a user authentication platform for degree security and data privacy while allowing seamless user journeys. The platform consists of a range of authentication and transaction signing methods as well as social engineering protection that offer companies full flexibility (e.g. adaptive, passwordless, push-based, mobile-only, IoT authentication). Futurae enables swift integration and reduces overall operating costs.
