FS Investments’ Transition to Investment Advisory Partnerships with EIG Global Energy Partners and KKR

FS Investments, a leading alternative investment manager, announced that it has entered into agreements to transition the management of its business development company (BDC) platform to new investment advisory partnerships with each of EIG Global Energy Partners, a global alternative investment firm focused on energy, and KKR, a leading global investment firm, and to conclude its relationship with the current sub-advisor for its BDCs, GSO Capital Partners, an affiliate of Blackstone.
