Frontline Performance Group’s Acquisition Of TSA Group

Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance advised the owners of TSA Group on the deal.

TSA Group, a global hotel and hospitality consultancy, has been sold to Florida-based Frontline Performance Group (FPG), a strategic hospitality software and performance consultancy.

This transaction creates the world’s largest and most comprehensive front office technology and training program.

FPG and TSA support the world’s leading hotel companies and ownership groups, including Accor, Hilton, IHG, Marriott and Radisson, as well as numerous independent chains and properties. Programs are active in more than 12 languages within every level of hotel chain, from city-centre all-suite properties to luxury destination resorts.

The Stephenson Harwood team, which comprised teams from the firm’s Singapore and Dubai offices, was led by corporate partner Tom Platts (Picture). He was assisted by partner Sheetal Sandhu, senior associates Ben Hickson, Peiguan Cai and Philippa English, and trainee Emily Lau. Partners Sandeep Dhama and Kiersten Lucas, along with senior associates Laura Anderson and Toufic Safie, assisted on the Dubai-related M&A and employment aspects of the transaction.
