Frontal Trust’s Acquisition of 33% Brookfield Americas Infrastructure Holdings’ Stake in Two Urban Toll Roads

Canadian private equity company Brookfield Infrastructure Partners executed its sale of an indirect 33% stake in two urban toll roads to Infraestructura Alpha, an affiliate of Frontal Trust Infraestructura Alpha Fondo de Inversión an infrastructure fund managed by Chilean fund manager Frontal Trust.

The two toll roads are Autopista Vespucio Norte (pictured) and Túnel San Cristóbal.
