Fremman Capital’s Acquisition Of VPS

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised IK Investment Partners on the deal.

IK Investment Partners sold VPS, a global provider of testing and inspection services, from the IK VII Fund to Fremman Capital.

VPS was founded in 1980 and enables marine, power and renewable clients to optimize their operational performance and comply with environmental regulation. They have a strategic network of offices and laboratories in Rotterdam, Singapore, Houston, Fujairah and Manchester.

The Freshfields team is being led by principal associate Saloua Ouchan and associate Chris Yarrow, with support from associate Roos Uitdewilligen (all Corporate). Partners Brechje Nollen (People&Reward) and Bob van Kasteren (Picture – Tax) are also advising.
