FreeWheel’s Acquisition of BeeswaxIO Corporation

FreeWheel, a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation, completed its acquisition of BeeswaxIO Corporation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is a provider of comprehensive ad platforms for publishers, advertisers and media buyers. Beeswax offers programmatic advertising capabilities through its unique Bidder-as-a-Service customizable bidding stack, used by leading media companies and brands. Comcast is a global media and technology company with three primary businesses: Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal and Sky.
