FourNet’s Secondary Buyout

DWF has advised the founders of FourNet on the deal.

YFM Equity Partners (YFM) sold its stake in the business after a four year investment. The secondary buyout deal is backed by Palatine Private Equity.

FourNet provides cloud and managed services to clients, to enable digital transformation across their organisation and help improve their customer experience. The business works with global clients as well as with the UK public sector including central and local government, the emergency services, social housing, health and education from its base in Manchester and offices in London and Burton-on-Trent.

YFM initially invested in 2017 to back the four founders of FourNet and help them continue the strong growth of the business. In addition to YFM, founding shareholders Frank Jennings and Mike Jervis, will also exit.

DWF’s Corporate team advised the shareholders of FourNet on this latest transaction, led by partner, Jonathan Robinson (Picture), senior associate Will Munday and solicitor, Lara Benson.
