Fladgate expands partnership with the internal promotions of Yulia Leyko and Tom Bolam

Fladgate lawyers, Yulia Leyko and Tom Bolam, are promoted to Partners as the company continues to grow and implement commercial strategy.

Tom is a dispute resolution lawyer who joined the firm in 2011 and has extensive experience in dealing with shareholder disputes, fraud matters, insolvency claims and disputes relating to international supply and distribution agreements. Yulia is a corporate lawyer who specialises in cross-border and domestic acquisitions and disposals, equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. She joined the firm in 2014.

Their promotions along with the hiring of 8 other Partners in the firm over the last 6 months supports the progress of Fladgate’s strategy and accelerating its successful model of providing a highly rated* personal, agile and enterprising service to some of the world’s leading and fastest growing businesses and ‘trend initiator’ brands as well as UHNWI’s and their advisors.

Tom commented, “I am delighted to be joining the partnership at Fladgate. The firm has expanded significantly over the last decade without ever losing its core identity or compromising on its commitment to quality and outstanding client service.”

Yulia said, “I am very proud to be promoted to the partnership, having joined the firm as an associate 7 years ago. I’ve been privileged to work alongside so many talented people with a passion for what they do – something that continues to inspire me both within our team and of course with our clients. I am excited to reach this milestone and to play a part in the further development and growth of our practice.”

Grant Gordon, Executive Partner at Fladgate, added, “On behalf of Fladgate’s partners, I extend my warmest congratulations both Tom and Yulia on their well-deserved promotions. They are outstanding lawyers and will accelerate the development of the firm as we continue to build out a breadth of services for business and private clients that have fast moving, complex challenges.”
