Clifford Chance has advised Australian private equity firm Five V Capital on its investment in funds ratings agency and investment research house Zenith Investment Partners.
Five V closed its third growth capital fund earlier this year, and its acquisition of Zenith Investment Partners marks the first deal out of Fund III. Zenith Investment Partners is a leading provider of independent investment research, managed accounts and consulting services for the financial advice industry.
