Finnish pension fund Ilmarinen’s acquisition of 49% interest in Rocket Tower in Berlin from Amundi


Amundi Real Estate, Europe’s largest asset investment manager, has sold 49 percent of shares in the Berlin office property Rocket Tower to Finnish pension fund Ilmarinen.

The complex at Charlottenstrasse 4 in Berlin has approx. 26,200 sqm of lettable space, used mainly by Rocket Internet.

Amundi had acquired the real estate for the fund back in 2017 from JP Morgan Asset Management. The purchase prices have not been disclosed.
