FIMI Funds’s acquisition of G4S Israel

Naschitz Brandes Amir represented FIMI Funds in their acquisition of G4S Israel, a leading integrated security company specializing in the delivery of security and related services to customers, for a purchase price of approximately NIS 400 million.

FIMI is the leading private equity firm in Israel with more than $3 billion in assets under management.
