Fidelity National Financial’s $800 Million Credit Facility

Davis Polk advised the joint lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with the amendment and restatement of an existing $800 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility provided to Fidelity National Financial, Inc.

Bank of America N.A. acted as the Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent and Chase Securities Inc. as the co-Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Fidelity National is a provider of title insurance, mortgage services and other diversified services. Fidelity National is the nation’s largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.
