Walkers’ Cayman Islands acted as Cayman Islands counsel on the class D reinsurer’s licence application for F&G Re Cayman Ltd, submitted to and approved by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. The Company’s US counsel was Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLP.
