Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. secures a $102 Million Credit Facility from PotashCorp. and Oficina Jerifiana de Fosfatos.

PotashCorp. (PCS) and Jerifiana de Fosfatos (OCP) engaged in the production and distribution of agricultural fertilizers, has granted to Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. a $102 Million Credit Facility.

PCS and OCP hold a minority stake Fertilizantes Heringer.

Fertilizantes Heringer SA produces and distributes agricultural fertilizers throughout Brazil. The Company also offers soil analysis programs, technical expos and lectures as well as other services. The company, led by Dalton Dias Heringer, Dalton Carlos Heringer, Rodrigo Bortolini Rezende, Ulisses Maestri and Alfredo Fardin, is based in Brazil.
