globits GmbH is a nationwide operating IT system vendor specializing in IP networking, security technology, and the realization of holistic solutions (data centers, VDI). The co-shareholders and managers reacquired stakes in the company and will continue to act as general managers. Netzwerk Kommunikationssysteme GmbH is a network and LAN/WAN specialist.
FERNAO Networks Group was established as a buy & build platform by funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners as part of the acquisition of Magellan Netzwerke GmbH in 2015. At over 300 employees at eleven sites in Germany and Switzerland, FERNAO Networks Group offers one-stop services as a medium-sized full-service provider in IT security, IP networking, cloud computing, and carrier solutions. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Cologne-based M&A experts had previously advised the shareholders of Magellan Netzwerke GmbH as part of the sale to AUCTUS Capital Partners.
