Fedrus International NV has successfully completed its acquisition of Umicore’s building products business unit. The transaction represents an equity value of EUR 70 millions.
Fedrus International is a Belgian group active in the distribution of roofing and façade materials. It specialises in EPDM rubber and roof sealing systems for the European market.
