FedEx’s $1.75 Billion Notes Offering

FedEx Corporation (“FedEx”) executed its offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.4% Notes due 2031 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% Notes due 2041. The Notes are guaranteed by nine subsidiaries of FedEx.
