FedEx Corporation’s $1 Billion Debt Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering by FedEx Corporation (“FedEx”) of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.1% Notes due 2029.

The Notes are guaranteed by nine subsidiaries of FedEx.

FedEx provides customers and businesses worldwide with a broad portfolio of transportation, e-commerce and business services. With annual revenues of $67 billion, the company offers integrated business solutions through operating companies competing collectively and managed collaboratively under the respected FedEx brand.

Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, Scotiabank, Wells Fargo Securities, ACADEMY SECURITIES, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Drexel Hamilton, Goldman Sachs & Co.
