FCA Compañía Financiera’s Notes Offering

Beccar Varela advised FCA Compañía Financiera and Banco Galicia on the deal.

FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. executed its Class XVIII notes issuance, worth UVAs16.534.391, equivalent to AR$999,999,968 at the initial UVA value, carried out under the company’s Frequent Issuer Prospectus Registration No. 2 for the issuance of simple non-convertible shares, secured or unsecured, subordinated or unsubordinated, for a maximum nominal value of up to US$100 million (or its equivalent in other currencies, units of measure or units of value).

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acted as the organizer and co-placement agent and Banco Patagonia S.A. as co-placement agent for the offering.

FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. provides financial services to the final customer and the dealer network of Fiat Auto Argentina S.A. in the sale of vehicles of the brands Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
