Extended Stay America and ESH Hospitality’s $520.5 Million Secondary Offering


Fried Frank acted as counsel to Extended Stay America and ESH Hospitality, as issuers, and Centerbridge Partners, Paulson & Co. and The Blackstone Group, as selling shareholders, in a US$520.5 million secondary public offering of paired-share common stock.

oncurrent with the secondary offering, Extended Stay America and ESH Hospitality repurchased US$12.9 million of their paired shares.
