Export Development Canada $1.25 Billion Global Bond Offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.000% U.S. dollar bonds due 2022 issued by Export Development Canada.

BMO Capital Markets, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets acted as Joint Book-Running Managers.

Export Development Canada, a crown corporation of Canada, provides financing, insurance and bonding solutions to Canadian companies that export goods and services or invest in other countries. The bonds carry the full faith and credit of Canada.
