Exilion’s Acquisition of St1’s Wind Power Business

Hannes Snellman advised Exilion Tuuli in the transaction.

Exilion Tuuli has agreed to acquire the wind power production and development business of St1.

The transaction, subject to conditions for completion, comprises a portfolio of 315 MW wind power assets in production, development assets of 475 MW, and an energy (battery) storage.
