The Evercore offering consisted of $175 million aggregate principal amount of notes, consisting of 4.34% Senior Notes due 2029, 4.44% Senior Notes due 2031 and 4.54% Senior Notes due 2033 and £25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.33% Senior Notes due 2033, to a group of insurance companies.
