Euroboden GmbH’s €25 Million Notes Offering

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises mwb fairtrade on the transaction

Euroboden GmbH finalized the offering of €25 Million Notes.

Due to the high demand, the public offer ended already on the first subscription day – the period was originally set to end on November 7, 2017. The EUR 25 million issue volume was fully placed. Part of the new issue is to be used for redeeming the previous bond, while the remainder is to be used for operational business.

mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG operates as an investment bank. The Bank specializes in managing securities, bonds, and investment funds. The Firm, headquartered in Gräfelfing near Munich and with branches in Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt, and Berlin, was founded in 1993.

One week prior, existing investors were already given the option of exchanging the first corporate bond issued in 2013 for the new bond at a conversion rate of 1:1 including accrued interest. Additionally, a premium of EUR 20 per EUR 1,000 par value of the first bond was granted. The exchange offer was concluded with a high rate of 81.4%.

Munich-based Euroboden GmbH specializes in real estate development. As a project developer, Euroboden is a single source provider with services ranging from choice of location to development, construction, and marketing of luxury apartments.
