ERU Trading's €10 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Kinstellar and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the deal.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development executed a €10 million revolving credit facility for ERU Trading LLC.

ERU Trading is a privately owned gas trader in Ukraine. The company also secures low cost gas from the European Union during the summer season and stores gas in Ukraine for domestic sale in winter.
