Ergon Perú’s $222 Million Green Notes Offering

Ergon Perú, operating as a subsidiary of Tozzi Green, executed a private placing of $222 Million 4,87% Green Bonds due 2034.

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation acted as administrative agent and bookrunner.

Tozzi Green S.p.A. offers solutions and services for the generation of energy from renewable resources. The Company specializes in the development, construction, installation, and management of wind farms, biomass, biogas, and solar and hydroelectric power plants. Tozzi Green serves customers in Italy, Peru, and Madagascar.
